Performing in over 60 film, television, and stage productions since her debut as Marie Bovenkamp in Pastorale 1943 (1978), Renée Soutendijk is a well-respected actress in her native country of Holland. In the United States, this Dutch delight is breast known for her association with flesh flasher extraordinaire Paul Verhoeven(director of Showgirls [1995] and Basic Instinct [1992]).
